To place an order, simply navigate to our website, www.freshkit.in. Browse through our product selection and choose the item you need. Add it to your cart, proceed to the checkout, and make the payment to finalize your order.

We accept all prepaid payment modes (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, etc.)

Open your web browser and go to the Freshkit website (www.freshkit.in).
Look for the section labeled "Order Tracking".


Click on the "Order Tracking" option to access the tracking functionality

Enter the required details, such as your order number and Email ID, as prompted. Once you have entered the necessary information, click on the "Track" button to initiate the tracking process.

All returns need to be initiated within 3 days of the date of delivery. All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been classified as user-damage by our team.
